DUNWOODY, Ga. — Stage Door Players will continue its 46th anniversary season with the award-winning drama ‘The Glass Menagerie,’ by Tennessee Williams.

The story follows Tom, who lives with his controlling mother and introverted sister Laura, who lives in her own world of make believe. As memories are revealed, Tom and his mother Amanda wish for nothing more than for Laura to find a loving husband. When a gentleman caller arrives to see Laura, Amanda’s obsession and frustration is pushed to new extremes, while Laura is left vulnerable and exposed like her glass figurines.

The show is directed by Topher Payne and features Katie Causey, Jonathan Horne, Shelly McCook and Benjamin Strickland.

The show opens on Friday, Jan. 24 at 5339 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Atlanta and runs through Sunday, Feb. 16. Performances are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. Tickets start at $34, with discounts available. Single tickets are on sale now at the box office at 770-396-1726 or online at stagedoorplayers.net.
