DUNWOODY, Ga. — Police arrested a man Nov. 3 after they were alerted he had a pending arrest warrant. Police had been patrolling that morning on Perimeter Center West, when an officer spotted a car with an expired tag and flagged it to stop.

While speaking with the driver, police were informed that he had an active warrant from the Newnan Police Department for failure to appear.

Police arrested the man, identified as 37-year-old Thomas Richardson Jr. of Cedar Run Avenue in Sandy Springs, without incident on warrant.
