On March 25, 2020 the Community Development Director conditionally approved an Administrative Permit to permit to allow a structure to encroach into the front yard setback by 4-feet, pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Section 27-436, at 4795 North Peachtree Road, Dunwoody, GA 30338. Any person aggrieved by the decision may appeal within 30 days of the decision.
