DUNWOODY, Ga. — Police charged two Dunwoody men with criminal trespassing after they were reportedly found in a vacant apartment along Peachtree Industrial Boulevard Feb. 3.

Jasper Ward Williams, 41, and Hermes Adonay Fuentes, 46, were both arrested. Police said a maintenance worker and contractor at the Dunwoody Glen Apartments went to perform work at the apartment but found its door frame damaged from being forced open. Both men were inside. Police nabbed Williams just outside the apartment. Fuentes had apparently gathered his belongings and left beforehand but was still at the complex with the property manager when police arrived. He was arrested on scene later.
