DUNWOODY, Ga. — Police arrested a man Sept. 15 after he was caught allegedly shoplifting from the Von Maur on Ashford Dunwoody Road.

The loss prevention officer showed police footage of the man taking a $100 bottle of perfume and walking out of the store without paying. 

While in custody, the man gave the perfume to officers.

The man had previously been charged and convicted for shoplifting three times in past years and had a bond condition to stay away from the mall.

The man, 25-year-old Telvin Green of Atlanta, was arrested without incident for felony shoplifting and criminal trespass.
