Chase Bank officially relocated to its new building on 5540 Chamblee Dunwoody Road on Sept. 20.
The new branch is among the first in the nation to feature a new technology designed to reduce lines and save time. In addition to traditional tellers, the branch offers three self service banking machines on its customer counters.
“We have introduced this new technology in a handful of branches in other cities, and customer comments about their speed and convenience have been overwhelmingly positive,” said Branch Manager Margoth Paspuel.
The new machines will be able to dispense exact change, allow customers to choose bills in all denominations and allow customers to withdraw as much as $1,000. The location will also feature an instant issue debit card machine.
The branch’s banking hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
