DUNWOODY, Ga. — Police responded to a report of shoplifting June 19 at the Apple Store on Ashford Dunwoody Road. A male suspect was reported to have concealed a pair of earbuds on his person while inside the store. When exiting, he pulled out the earbuds and attempted to use them before he was detained and escorted to the back office. 

The store informed police that they would prosecute for the shoplifting. The earbuds, valued at $29, were returned to the store. The suspect, who lives in Atlanta, was transported to DeKalb County Jail.
