Lauren Blass

Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has announced that Lauren Blass, an independent sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Atlanta, was named to the Coldwell Banker® 30 Under 30. This prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among the almost 85,000 Coldwell Banker professionals working in 47 countries around the world. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and later Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.

Blass, 27, was honored for her drive and passion for her career. Her ability to connect with clients and exceed their expectations has led to quick success and serves as an inspiration to those around her. Blass has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2011.

The Coldwell Banker organization will honor Blass at their international Generation Blue Experience in Miami, Fla. Oct. 18-20.

“This is a monumental achievement for Lauren and we could not be more proud of her,” said Charlotte Sears, president, Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “She has been a shining star in our company for five years and is so deserving of this incredible Coldwell Banker honor.”

“Every year it is incredibly difficult to narrow down the list of young professionals to just 30 honorees because there is so much talent within the Coldwell Banker network,” said Budge Huskey, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. “These entrepreneurs have made extraordinary achievements in real estate as well their companies and local communities. Their commitment and expertise prove that anything is possible in our business, and I am honored they represent the future of the great Coldwell Banker brand.”
